Returns the price, the fee and the total (for example price 100, fee 5, total 105), and two UNSIGNED transactions you sign yourself: approve, then post (escrow on the job board). Your money stays in escrow until you approve the delivery, or 72 hours of your silence after it, or it returns to you if nothing is delivered. After the post is mined call shop_confirm.
