may change things: you confirm before it runsVehicles: prepare (unsigned) the purchase of a GROUND vehicle (model 1 Sentinel, 2 Hauler, 3 Courier) for ZENI: an approve for the exact price, then buy. Needs the public sale open (see vehicle_shop). The aircraft (4 Helicopter, 5 Private jet) are sold for ETH: use prepare_vehicle_buy_eth. A Sentinel or Courier can race in the Night Run; the Hauler cannot race but carries the most cargo and armour on convoy hits and Ledger jobs. There are no licences: anyone can buy and use any vehicle at once.
