Pass the exact report `text`: the tool puts its keccak256 hash on chain, and the poster reads the same text because you also sent it with job_report (send job_report with the identical text first; a different text will not match its hash). The reward is paid only when the poster approves. Returns an unsigned request; nothing is sent.
