NOT CONNECTED in the current testnet round (the convoy and Ledger contracts have no weapons module yet, so today the bonus is 0; the round-3 deploy connects them on the test network; see city_state.switches for what is live). The vehicle heist and the apartment raid take no weapons by design. Buy with prepare_weapon_buy. Read only.
